Ashley had her blonde bobbed tresses in a wet-look style as she made her arrival at the fashion event, adding some height with black pointed-toe heels.

Her appearance comes after it recently appeared that she had confirmed her relationship with Cara after commenting ‘mine’ — and sharing suggestive emojis — under a sultry shot of the catwalk queen at the Toronto Film Festival.

However, the screen beauty claimed that her account was hacked, as she shared a snap of herself on Instagram posing at an airport on Tuesday with the caption: ‘When you just get off a flight with no WiFi and find out your Instagram got hacked.’

Cara and Ashley were spotted arriving back to NYC after a trip together in the UK. In the photos the girls snuggled close together while waiting in line for a taxi and shared a passionate smooch.

The photos also revealed the PLL star wearing a necklace with a ‘c’ initial on it, prompting fans to speculate that it stood for Cara.

When asked about their relationship recently by PEOPLE, Ashley wouldn’t confirm or deny the romance.

‘I think it’s the best way in any relationship,’ she said. ‘I’ve always been very private about them, and I think it’s just better.’

Cara has previously dated the likes of model and actress Paris Jackson, 20, singer St Vincent, 35, and Fast And Furious star Michelle Rodriguez, 40.

Cara’s appearance at the fashion show comes after she joined thousands of women sharing their stories of abuse and sexual harassment using the hashtag WhyIDidntReport on Twitter.

Cara wrote: ‘Because I felt ashamed of what happened and didn’t want to publicly ruin someone’s life, even though they privately ruined mine #WhyIDidntReport (sic)’

The Vogue coverstar did not name her alleged attacker in her post, but in October 2017 publicly accused disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment.

She said that she still got the part in the film, and has felt guilty about it ever since.

The actress has filmed two movies for the Weinstein Company, including her breakout role in their 2015 picture ‘Paper Towns’ and the recently released ‘Tulip Fever.’

In a lengthy message on the photo-sharing website, she said: ‘As soon as we were alone he began to brag about all the actresses he had slept with and how he had made their careers and spoke about other inappropriate things of a sexual nature.

‘He then invited me to his room. I quickly declined and asked his assistant if my car was outside. She said it wasn’t and wouldn’t be for a bit and I should go to his room. At that moment I felt very powerless and scared but didn’t want to act that way hoping that I was wrong about the situation.
